had a wonderful stay at the HotelTaj villa. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect for exploring the Taj and enjoying the nightlife. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Room was very modern, all amenities. Hotel premises are very nice, with great pool area. The lounge area outside was also very cool, live music in the evenings. Overall a very nice luxurious premium hotel, and from this experience will consider to visit again for sure.

Beautiful modern hotel. This is relatively new property.. The staff is polite. Rooms- spacious but without balconies, Delicious breakfast but limited choice of menu. Good interiors and mood lighting, Rooms have 24hrs of running hot water, Kettle with tea/coffee pouches and all other general amenities and facilities which can be expected from a good hotel. Swimming pool is small but very cleain and fresh. Have sufficient Car Parking space. However, there was one shortcoming noticed. There was only one lift for guests. We had to wait many times for lift to arrive. There should be more lifts in this.we enjoy a lot on Christmas day..thanks to Owner Mr jitu Bhai

I stayed with family with 2 kids last week 9thDec2023 to 12th Dec 2023. Room was nice and clean. Food was good. Terrace sitting area was nice. Hotel Management and staff was very cooperative and helpful. Location is nice just 1.6 km from Taj Mahal. Overall it was very nice and pleasure stay.

Avoid if you can. Stingy and ill maintained rooms. Hot water is inconsistent. Overall cleanliness is sub par. Towels seemed to have never been replaced. There is rationing on towels. Per room two towels per day. We ate same breakfast for two consecutive days. Puri bhaji, poha and bread. Tea is available unlimited but if you need coffee one cup per person. They call it butter, but it is margarine with bread. It is infested with mosquitoes and should carry some ointment. The only solace was the food taste. It was good and in good quantity. Overall Not worth the money at all. Even though the name has Taj in it, we knew while booking that it is not related to the Taj chain of hotels owned by Tata. Our expectations were titrated, but it seemed they were still too high when we experienced the hotel.

It may not be a 4* or 5* hotel (and one can obviously make out from the Price), but Taj Villa - Agra is an excellent value for money hotel which provides you all you really need as a tourist to Agra. If want to see Agra and Taj Mahal instead of doing Spa in a 5* resort, it may be a great choice for you!! All Staff -- restaurant manager Dileep, Front desk Pradeep, housekeeping and all manners of help from Satyaban and finally the owner / GM Mr. Jitendra, everyone is Welcoming, accommodating and always willing to help. Their behaviour makes your stay really worthwhile and blissful 🙏. Strongly recommended as a not too expensive but modern hotel...

The most horrific was the staff behaviour. Absolutely untrained, starting from reception to the helpers. I paid close to 4k for each room. I took 2 rooms for 2 days. Checked-out after 1 day. The rooms are very small. The kitchen in the basement stinks. The tea cups had dead cockroaches. Breakfast doesn't have variety at all. Aaloo-puri and poha were served. Poor car parking in open. They will not provide extra tea bags and water bottles in the room. Very pathetic experience overall. 👎👎

Horrible place equally horrible amenities and service. Rooms are not worth more than 1800. I paid 3800. No hospitality. Bathroom sticls so does their dinning room at basement. Swimming pool had some insects floating. Looked like water was not filtered for weeks. Small rooms.. Only 2 bottles of water 500 ml. AC worked fine.
